Privacy Policy

WHAT IS THE PRIVACY POLICY?

This privacy policy is provided pursuant to EU Regulation 679/2016 and subsequent national legislation (hereinafter, collectively, GDPR) and describes how Studio Ing. Bruno collects and processes the personal data of users or customers through its website, specifically www.studioingbruno.it (hereinafter, the "Site"), or more generally whenever express reference is made to this Privacy Policy.
The term "personal data" means any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person. For example, personal data includes a name, an identification number, location data, and an online identifier.
Studio Ing. Bruno may periodically modify, supplement, or update this Privacy Policy, including in light of any changes in applicable legislation or provisions of the Italian Data Protection Authority. Substantial changes and updates to the Privacy Policy will be applied and brought to the attention of interested parties as soon as they are adopted by updating the Privacy Policy link in the Site footer and by emailing registered users. In the event of changes that significantly impact the rights of registered users, notification will be made with reasonable advance notice.

PURPOSE OF THE PROCESSING AND LEGAL BASIS

The data is processed for the following purposes.
a) Based on contractual necessity, in order to:
- respond to your requests for information;
- manage your account if you register on the Sites to use the related services;
b) Based on your express consent, collected specifically from time to time, in order to contact you and send you commercial communications and promotional offers regarding Studio Ing. Bruno's products and services, via SMS, telephone, postal mail, or other means.
c) Based on the legitimate interest of Studio Ing. Bruno, specifically:
- to analyze and improve its services;
- to conduct statistical and/or research and development activities, including through the analysis of data from the use of services or products;
- to defend its rights during judicial, administrative, or extrajudicial proceedings, and in disputes arising in relation to the services offered;
d) Based on the need to fulfill the legal obligations to which Studio Ing. Bruno is subject.
The provision of data for the purposes referred to in point (a) above, as it is necessary to process the request for information or for possible registration on the Site, is mandatory. Refusal to provide the personal data subject to processing makes it impossible to perform the services requested on the Site.

DATA CONTROLLER

Following consultation of this site, data relating to identified or identifiable individuals may be processed.
The "data controller" of this data is Studio Ing. Bruno, with registered office in TURIN (TO), VIA CAMILLO RICCIO N° 45, 10135.

TYPES OF DATA PROCESSED

Below is a description of the categories of data we process:
- Data provided directly by the data subject: refers to all personal data entered on the Site (to request information online or to register, where applicable), or otherwise provided to Studio Ing. Bruno by any means. Examples of data provided directly by data subjects include: name, address, and telephone number. More generally, all contact information (e.g., telephone number, email address, and address). If the user submits an application, information relating to the CV and the relevant position will be collected.

- Data collected automatically: refers to browsing data collected via so-called "cookies". The computer systems and software procedures used to operate the Sites acquire, during their normal operation, some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols. This information is generally not collected to be associated with identified data subjects, but by its very nature, it could, through processing and association with data held by third parties, allow users to be identified.
This category of data includes the IP addresses or domain names of the computers used by users connecting to the site, the URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) addresses of the requested resources, the time of the request, the method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numerical code indicating the status of the response from the server (successful, error, etc.), and other parameters relating to the user's operating system and IT environment.

COOKIE

A cookie is a small file sent from a website and stored in the user's browser while they use a website. Cookies can be stored only for the duration of use of a particular website (session cookies) or for a longer period of time independent of the session (persistent cookies). Cookies work in combination with the content of the website and are typically designed to improve usability and the web browsing experience (technical cookies). Some types of cookies also allow us to track the content viewed, the choices made, and each time the user uses the website. This functionality also allows us to offer the most useful and relevant advertising to each individual user (profiling cookies). A website may use independently developed cookies (first-party cookies) or use cookies developed by third-party companies (third-party cookies).

In particular Studio Ing. Bruno uses:
a) TECHNICAL COOKIES: are those used for the sole purpose of "carrying out the transmission of a communication over an electronic communications network, or to the extent strictly necessary for the provider of an information society service explicitly requested by the subscriber or user to provide such service" (see art. 122, paragraph 1, of the Code). They are not used for other purposes and are normally installed directly by the website owner or operator. They can be divided into navigation or session cookies, which guarantee normal navigation and use of the website (allowing, for example, a purchase or authentication to access restricted areas); functionality cookies, which allow the user to navigate according to a series of selected criteria (for example, language, products selected for purchase) in order to improve the service provided. The installation of these cookies does not require the prior consent of users, while the obligation to provide information pursuant to art. 13 of the Code, which the site manager, if he uses only such devices, may provide in the manner he deems most appropriate.

b) THIRD-PARTY COOKIES: Studio Ing. Bruno uses Google Maps - an embedded element - to provide customers with detailed information on how to locate and reach the Turin (TO) office.

Studio Ing. Bruno does not control and is not responsible for the dissemination of any data collected. If a third-party cookie is detected on the website, you can contact the relevant third parties directly.


Disabling Cookies. You can always decide to block, delete, or disable cookies or other similar technologies through your browser or device settings. There are many different browsers: each browser (and in some cases, even each version of the same browser) has its own procedure for deleting cookies. Cookie preferences must be set separately for each browser used, as the features and options offered may vary. We therefore recommend visiting your browser's support pages for more information. Completely disabling cookies may prevent certain features, or prevent proper navigation or display of the Site or other web pages.

Accepting and Opting Out of Cookies. When you first access the Site, and in any case until you express a choice, you will be asked to consent to the use of cookies.

TREATMENT METHODS

Personal data is processed using automated tools for the time strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which it was collected. Specific security measures are implemented to prevent data loss, illicit or improper use, and unauthorized access.
Except as required by applicable law, personal data is not transferred and/or disclosed to third parties.

DATA RETENTION PERIOD

As soon as the personal data is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, Studio Ing. Bruno will delete it, unless the law requires archiving obligations or the user has consented to processing for a longer period or to its archiving.
Regarding any data submitted as part of an application, if the application is unsuccessful, it will be retained on Studio Ing. Bruno's systems for a maximum of 24 months to allow us to evaluate the application for future positions. The user may object to this processing at any time by sending a request to the contact details indicated in the "Rights of the Data Subject" section.

RIGHTS OF THE INTERESTED PARTIES

Data subjects have the right at any time to obtain confirmation of the existence or otherwise of their personal data and to know its content and origin, verify its accuracy, or request its integration, updating, or rectification (Article 7 of the Personal Data Protection Code). Pursuant to the same article, data subjects have the right to request the deletion, anonymization, or blocking of data processed in violation of the law, as well as to object, for legitimate reasons, to its processing.
